Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Because our collections feature carefully curated crystals and minerals, as well as custom handmade pieces, we take special care to ensure every bracelet, necklace, and anklet is securely and safely packaged before it leaves our studio.

Please note that orders are not shipped on federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 24 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the carrier, but we will do our best to ensure your stones arrive as quickly as possible.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages Décolletage Custom Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
